The Broad Center for the Biological Sciences received a load of equipment, including the first of three magnets for it MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) center, on Tuesday, April 8. In order to easily access the basement, where the center is located, the sidewalk south of the building was opened like a hatch. The second magnet is scheduled to be installed in September 2004.
