A Message from the President

Dear Students and Parents,

Congratulations! If you're visiting this website, you probably anticipate attending Caltech's 2010 Commencement, either as a proud graduate or proud parent.

Parents, you have supported your student through years of study and you are about to reap the rewards. You are no doubt looking forward to watching your son or daughter in mortarboard walk across the stage to collect her or his diploma.

Students, you have struggled through several years of late-night study sessions, take-home exams—and if you're a graduate student—writing The Thesis. You truly deserve this diploma!

On behalf of the Caltech community, I salute you both for your patience and perseverance in achieving your goals. Good luck and best wishes for the future!
